Use of Kalbi

Kalbi is intended for personal, lawful use by people who want to create a private shared space with a partner.

You are responsible for the content you add, the permissions you grant, and the activity that occurs through your account.

Accounts and Partner Linking

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

When you link with a partner, shared content in that couple space may be available to both linked users. Be thoughtful with what you share.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, captions, and other content you add to Kalbi.

You grant Kalbi the limited permission needed to host, process, display, sync, back up, and transmit that content so the service works as intended.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Kalbi to violate laws, harass others, upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise security, or interfere with the service.

Availability and Changes

Kalbi may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and Liability

Kalbi is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
