Terms of Use (EULA)
The rules should protect the two-person space, not make it feel heavier than it needs to be.
These terms govern your access to and use of Kalbi and serve as Kalbi's End User License Agreement. They are written to keep the product, the people using it, and the private spaces inside it protected.
Agreement and EULA
These Terms of Use are Kalbi's End User License Agreement (EULA). By accessing or using Kalbi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Kalbi is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-transferable use on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Use of Kalbi
Kalbi is intended for personal, lawful use by people who want to create a private shared space with a partner.
You are responsible for the content you add, the permissions you grant, and the activity that occurs through your account.
Permissions
Some Kalbi features require optional device permissions, including location, camera, photo library, notifications, and Health step count access. You can grant, deny, or change these permissions in your device settings.
If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work, but the rest of the app can still be used where technically possible.
Accounts and Partner Linking
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
When you link with a partner, shared content in that couple space may be available to both linked users. Be thoughtful with what you share.
User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, captions, and other content you add to Kalbi.
You grant Kalbi the limited permission needed to host, process, display, sync, back up, and transmit that content so the service works as intended.
Kalbi Pro, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Kalbi Pro is one shared plan for a linked couple. The available plans may include Kalbi Pro Monthly at $6.99 per month, Kalbi Pro Yearly at $39.99 per year, and Kalbi Pro Lifetime at $79.99 one time.
Kalbi Pro Monthly and Kalbi Pro Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Kalbi Pro Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase where available. Prices may vary by country or region and may be shown by Apple in your local currency.
Free trials or promotional offers, if available, are shown in the app before purchase and follow Apple's App Store terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Kalbi to violate laws, harass others, upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise security, or interfere with the service.
Availability and Changes
Kalbi may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Some features depend on Apple services, device permissions, network availability, RevenueCat, Firebase, maps, notifications, or other third-party infrastructure, and may be unavailable if those services are unavailable.
Disclaimers and Liability
Kalbi is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
