Why I made Kalbi

When my girlfriend and I were apart, I kept wanting to share the small things: a photo from a walk, something in my room, a thought only she would understand.
I built Kalbi to give those moments a place of their own. I hope it becomes that place for you, too.

Yes. Kalbi is currently available on iPhone. Each of you downloads the app and signs in, then you link your accounts with a partner invite code.
How much does Kalbi cost?
Notes, photo moments, countdowns and widgets are free for both of you. Kalbi Pro is optional support for the app: $6.99/month, $39.99/year or $79.99 lifetime. Prices shown are in US dollars; your local price is shown in the app before purchase.
What if my partner hasn’t joined yet?
You can save a countdown on your phone first and invite your partner when they’re ready. Your shared notes, photos and couple space become available once you link accounts.
Who can see what we share?
Your couple space is shared between you and your linked partner. There is no public feed, follower count or profile discovery. Location and Apple Health features are optional and ask for permission. Read our privacy policy for details about data handling. Read our privacy policy.
Do we have to use it every day?
No. Send a note or a photo when you feel like it. There are no streaks to maintain, and you don’t need to be online at the same time.
